Ohh I love this! I wrote a poem once in the middle of a panic attack, and while at the time it was something only for me in order to get through my anxiety, I recently shared it to my blog and in the past have shared it with friends, and only then did I realize how much poetry and writing can help us to find solace and friendship in hard times. I loved reading your poem and seeing that writing is an outlet for other people as well!

Love this! Do you ever find that creative outlets (writing, dance, etc) help you reclaim yourself from your anxiety and feel whole? Maybe that sounds over the top, but I have found writing and dance to be so healing for my anxiety. I really appreciate your brave, raw way of sharing your anxiety experience.
