Agitator for Disharmony

I am watching

destruction of a world

I thought

indestructible.

Fires roar in the night

cities consumed

rage

incoherent

no longer able to avoid.

I am watching

leaders fail

desperate to fulfill lies

tear at truth

deny responsibility

for the death of all.

Could have been avoided

if faced sooner

yet still

doubt reigns

amongst the truth nayers.

Fiction

not fact

despite what is shown 24/7

on every news channel.

I am watching.

I am bleeding.

Tears wave my sight.

There is something backward

with the joy that you feel

shouting for more murder

for more beatings

for more violence

than for joining

an ever growing roar

for peace.
