Oh What A Feeling

Some of the best advice I have ever received:

It is okay to have down days. To feel ‘off’. For when you do it makes you appreciate the good days all that much more.

Those words have gotten me through more than one day when things have been a little ‘off’ reminding me that the tears will dry and the smiles will reappear.

Today I had a customer tell me that I gave off great energy.

    1. It really is. And every time I hear the voice of the person saying it to me. I told her it makes me cry every time because her words mean so much to me. It puts my moods into perspective for I wonder if my depression is rearing its head. And to be told I give off great energy made me feel good because that is what I want. To be a good part of a person’s day. And to make their day a little better.
