You Can’t Reach?

This morning when T got up for the day he decided that cereal for breakfast would be nice. Poured himself a  bowl and meandered back to his bedroom.

I happen to glance over and realize that he has put the box of Fruit Loops on top of the box of Rice Crispies?

Me: Did you really put the Fruit Loops back on top of the Rice Crispies?                  T: Why can’t you reach?                                                                                                                  Me: I have to stand on tippy toes already to get the cereal when I put it up there why would you think that I can reach up there?                                                                T: I forget that you are short now.
