Not Always So Cute

Loki. He is adorable. When he behaves. When he listens. Today well today he was told he was a very very bad boy. He knew he was in trouble as he flew into my room and hid under the bed. I closed the door thus giving him a time out.

What was it that he had done that was so dastardly? He chewed on the new charger cord that I bought for my phone. I had gone to the Bell MTS store and picked up a cord specific to my phone. I thought that the port was loose as the other charger I had was slow charging. Turns out he had eaten that one too.

So I have bought another charger. This one from work for $8.99 and it works wonderfully. I shook it at Loki and told him to stay away.

Also yesterday he knocked over one of my plants again. He ran and sat on the carpet outside my room. And watched me clean up. When I stood up he ran into the bedroom and of course I closed the door. Once I calmed down I let him back out. He came running over and jumped up on the couch with me. Curled up and went to sleep.

Today when I opened the door he slunk out and went to eat. After, he sat down over by the window looking up and whined. The plants were in the sunshine and rather sternly I said: Loki do not even start. Get over here and lay down now.

And he did. He is sleeping now on the cat tree and Thomas is asleep next to me. It was my Sunday to work and now I am going to make myself a plate of chicken and a salad. Wait up for T and see how the weekend went. And Friday.
