16 days ago I decided to start exercising. 15 minutes a day. And I am doing it.
Finished 15 on rower. Got up to 23 spm 90 watts burned 107 calories and did 300 strokes. I am totally bragging.
Every other day I do my glider. Yesterday I added in some abs exercises.
I am very proud of myself. And once I hit 60 days I get to buy something out of my Amazon cart. 🤪🤪🤪

A single hard working mom of a soon to be teenage son. A poet and story teller I have wanted to write since I was a child. This space is where I share stories about myself and my life and the creative poetry that stirs my soul. My hope is you will pull up a chair and a cup of coffee delving into the world that I offer and you find simple enjoyment for a few moments.

Alright love that incentive! I have been telling myself that I need to start exercising, but honestly 4 kids and a hectic life schedule always makes me not start. Kudos to you! Keep it up!

When I get home from work I do it. One week is easier because my son is here and I can get him to do supper or start it while I am doing work out. Other week I am not eating until almost 7. But I am turning 50 this year and I want to make sure I am around lol so exercise. 😊 I did cheat a little and after 7 days I ordered a book for myself.

Way to go girl! I didn’t feel good today, but made myself do it anyway! Don’t you always just feel better afterwards? So worth it!

Absolutely. Tomorrow after work we have Open House at the high school so will torture myself with a high abs workout done in 10 minutes that kills me. But I will have gotten it it. 😊

Do you read Belladonna’s blog? I think she teaches exercise, and of course, I got my walking workouts from Michelle at Boomer Eco Crusader.

That’s fantastic. Once you get into a routine, you’ll really notice a difference when you skip working out for more than a couple of days.
