16 days ago I decided to start exercising. 15 minutes a day. And I am doing it.
Finished 15 on rower. Got up to 23 spm 90 watts burned 107 calories and did 300 strokes. I am totally bragging.
Every other day I do my glider. Yesterday I added in some abs exercises.
I am very proud of myself. And once I hit 60 days I get to buy something out of my Amazon cart. 🤪🤪🤪

As long as you’re having fun. I remember reading an obituary in The Times a fair few years ago for a freshly retired lawyer from Capones defence team, the chap was past his centenary and who, from memory, still drank but had in his late nineties turned healthy and given up smoking (the fags and booze may have been t’other way around…as I said the obit was a few years ago)…apparently he gave up exercise in his early 30’s due to it “being a young mans thing”……this has remained my excuse for sloth-hood interspersed with occassional wanderings around ancient remains 👀, or into cafes/restaurants 😋
