An Update

I called yesterday about my referral to the Pan Am Minor Injuries Clinic re my referral. They do have it.

At first the wonderful receptionist I saw told me it could be upwards of 5 weeks. I was um sorry I need to be seen I need to get back to work. She double checked and the referral is marked urgent.

I asked if it was okay to call and see status next week and she said I could call any time. She was so awesome to talk to

My arm still aches and I cannot fully extend it. The bruise is a doozy as you can see. My knees also are sore just not quite as much as my elbow.

It is a lot darker than that but best I could get.
