Word of the Day Challenge #108-Untitled Poem

It’s hard
ya know?
With each thimbleful
each swallow
darkness grows
sucking me down
craving grows
grows
until it is all I think of.
Sweet nectar
spilled over tongue
whispered
succulent promises
desire
naked
upon my face
eyes glazed
not sure how I got here
where I am.
It’s hard
ya know?
Judging eyes
boring into me
hearing hisses
snaked tongue
gossip
pulling me down
pulling me to hell
why
do they hate me so?
What have I done?
It’s hard
ya know?
Watching
destruction of beauty
of intelligence
not understanding
inky shadows
tormented waking nightmares
twisted
crawl forward
no longer hearing
no longer feeling
letting go
I am sorry
I can no longer hold you upright.

Medley of Trust

Mesmerized
watching
fingers dancing
strings stirring
poignant murmuring
notes
whispered love songs
on my knees…..
waiting.
Passion
desire flames
eyes
entranced
drawn in
no where to run to
addicted to touch
to your lips
to your teeth
upon my flesh.
Seductive
fingers of imagination
reaching out
caressing skin
rising up
hips shimmy
eyes closed
run my hands over
heaving breast
flicking tender nipples
moan
renders me insensible.
Beneath your tender touch
I writhe
trading strings and bow
supple flesh
desire
flowing
ply upon my body
the music of lust
taking us further and beyond.
