So…….yes that is a kitten. That black blur is another. The third is in the top picture.
Tember rescued 3 kittens yesterday. And made me come get them. They were discovered at his dad’s. Whether mom abandoned them or was killed will never know. It is very obvious they are related. They sleep curled together. The little one above eating sleeps on top of the black one.
They are very skittish but slowly seem to be coming around. Given that our animal shelter has a freeze on right now I now have three additional kittens in my apartment when I am only allowed 2. Which would be Lucky and Thomas.
Thomas is slowly moving from hiding to living room. Watching them.
I have given them nicknames. Tiger is in the top picture. Blackie and Itty Bitty are in the second picture. They are running around and playing which is nice to see as they run from me if I move. They have found all the toys and are playing with those as well.
Tember is like me. His heart hurts for animals as does mine. If I win lotto tomorrow this will be moot point as I will be able to buy something. Fingers crossed folks that I do not fall in love and end up with more problems than I want.
