My Answers:

1. Paper (actually reusable bags as we no longer have paper bags up here in Steinbach Manitoba Canada.
2. Eat in or Delivery. But alas due to high blood pressure it is going to be eat in only for the next little while.
3. Ham and Mushroom
4. Ice Cream (chocolate or chocolate marble all time faves)
5. Ketchup or mayonaisse
6. Coffee
7. Chips but again must stop due to high blood pressure.
8. Sunny without a doubt
9. Clubhouse or BLT with fries and gravy
10. Human Villain
