Babygirl
look in the mirror
I want you to see
I want you to understand
what I see
what I feel
when I am looking at you.
Your cheeks
blush a soft pink
when I whisper
in your ear
my breath
a caress
goose bumps on your flesh.
Tongue
licks
trailing slick electricity
arch
come to me
even as you deny
beauty seen by I.
A melody
played upon your skin
teasing
tantalizing
Babygirl
I need you to see…..
your beauty
I need you to understand…..
I am beholden to you.
You have captured me.
You have inflamed me.
You touch upon all my senses.
Babygirl
never fear
love you
protect you
shall I always do.

Thank you. This poem has been rolling around in my head for a couple of weeks now and finally was able to start it. There is more but still percolating. 🙂

It’s nice having to put it down from your head. You inspire other people too. I will be expecting and anticipating ☘️
